By participating in a Boss Energy Jewelry Scoop, you agree to the following professional standards and policies. We are dedicated to providing a high-energy, high-value experience for every "Boss" who shops with us.

1. The Game: 3 tier options 

The Transaction:3 options 

The Roll: A 6-sided die (d6) is rolled to determine the variety of your scoop.

Randomized Selection: All items are selected via a random dice roll or physical scoop process. By purchasing, you accept the element of chance involved.

Live/Recorded Action: Rolls are performed live on social media or recorded for the customer. By purchasing, you consent to your first name and order number being mentioned during the roll.

2. Quality & Authenticity Standards

The Vault: Premium items such as Kate Spade designer pieces, 925 Sterling Silver, and Diamond Dig It boxes are reserved for specific high-tier rolls as outlined in our Dice Key.

Material Disclosure: Items are hand-packaged in clear-seal baggies for protection. Unless explicitly labeled as "925" or "Sterling," jewelry items are high-quality fashion pieces (gold-plated or silver-toned).

Value Guarantee: We guarantee that the estimated retail value of every scoop will meet or exceed the $10,$18,$25 purchase prices. You never "lose" at Boss Energy.

3. Shipping, Handling & Local Pickup

Highland Local Pickup: For customers in the Inland Empire, "Local Pickup" may be selected at checkout to bypass shipping fees. Pickup must be coordinated within 48 hours of the roll.

Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Highland, CA studio within 1–3 business days.

Secure Packaging: All items are secured in professional clear-seal bags and shipped in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in "Boss" condition.

4. The "No-Nonsense" Refund Policy

Final Sale: Due to the mystery and randomized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on dice results or personal style preferences.

Damage Claims: In the rare event that an item arrives broken, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement item of equal value.

Agreement: Completing your  purchase constitutes a full legal agreement to these terms.
